Emma has created the most fantastic artisan bakery. She makes the best sourdough I have ever eaten. There's all manner of other goodies. There's usually a queue and for good reason. Brilliant, I love it.

Wonderful place in every way. We got there at 9.20 and the almond croissants had just sold out… The pea and watercress soup was divine, as was the ham and cheese croissant…and chicken pie. This is foodie heaven…certainly a destination…the food warrants any journey. Thank you.

Absolutely excellent baking. The selection is amazing for such such a small operation, all made that day by an amazing local woman. Everything is the epitome of good technique and is fantastic. If you're looking for good bakery, baking, cakes etc in North Yorkshire then it's worth the trip!

What an amazing artisan bakery. The best tasting cheese scones I have ever had, so tasty also sourdough bread and hot cross loaf , will definitely be back. Lovely to find such a good quality independent bakery.
We were visiting the area and bought two Frangipani and also the amazing looking Caramel shortbread (millionaires). These were the best I have tasted, so much do I felt it deserved a review and to say to the female owner I’m glad you took the risk and set up your business. Keep going. One day we will be back!
Brilliant little shop! Bought bread and cakes all of which were absolutely delicious… and not a food additive in sight!
